| General Duty Medical Officer (Karaikal) | MBBS degree from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience following the completion of the compulsory internship. |
| General Duty Medical Officer (Puducherry) | MBBS degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of experience post-internship. |
| Child Psychologist (Puducherry) | M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification with 2 years of experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Mandatory: RCI Registration. |
| Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale) (Yanam) | MBBS degree with relevant MD/MS/DM qualification in the concerned specialty. Required post-qualification experience as specified. Refer to official notification for complete details. |
