Age Limit: There is no age limit prescribed for appearing in the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET).
Level 1 – Primary Teacher (PRT)
- 10+2 with at least 50% marks and a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- 10+2 with 45% marks along with a recognized Diploma in Elementary Education.
- 10+2 with 50% marks and B.El.Ed./Special Education qualification.
- Bachelor's Degree with Diploma in Elementary Education.
Level 2 – Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
- Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed./Special B.Ed., OR
- 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-Year BA B.Ed./B.Sc B.Ed./B.Com B.Ed.
Level 3 – Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. Degree from a recognized institution.
