The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released an indicative notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour & Employment. 80 APFC vacancies are available. Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification, subject to detailed conditions in the official notification.
Age Limit
Minimum Age : 18 Years (Tentative) Maximum Age : 35-40 Years (Category Wise) The applicable age limit and relaxations should be checked in the official 2026 notification. Age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

Salary / Pay Scale
Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner is a Group 'A' position in EPFO. The post is at Level 10 of the Pay Matrix under 7th CPC, along with allowances applicable under Government of India rules.
