Delhi Police SI & CAPF SI (GD): Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

CISF SI (Fire): Prescribed science/engineering qualification as specified by SSC.

Delhi Police SI & CAPF SI (GD): 20–25 years

CISF SI (Fire): 18–30 years

Age relaxation for eligible reserved categories as per Government rules.
